Cable products have been a core activity of Elsim Commerce Ltd. since 1990. We manufacture cable products with different levels of complexity – from basic processed wires and cables to cable assemblies, cable harnesses and custom solutions according to customer drawings, samples or technical documentation.
Main groups of cable products
Basic cable products
Basic cable products include processed wires and cables prepared according to specified lengths, cross-sections, colors, markings and requirements for subsequent assembly. These may include individual wires, cables with processed ends, crimped terminals or prepared cable components.
We process wires and cables with cross-sections from 0.08 mm² to 150 mm², selecting the appropriate technology according to the material, insulation, length, application and requirements for the finished product.
What it includes
- cutting and stripping of wires and cables;
- end preparation for crimping, soldering or assembly;
- crimping of terminals, lugs and contacts;
- marking, labeling and identification;
- installation of sleeves, protective elements and additional components;
- preparation of cable components for subsequent assembly.

Cable assemblies
Cable assemblies are products that combine processed wires, cables, connectors, terminals, protective elements, sleeves, markings and additional components into a ready-to-install configuration.
They are suitable for customers who want to receive a pre-prepared assembly for integration into a machine, panel, device, appliance or another final product. Assembly can be carried out according to a diagram, specification, sample or bill of materials.
What it includes
- assembly of wires, cables and components;
- installation of connectors, terminals, lugs and IDT connectors;
- installation of cable ties, sleeves and protective elements;
- grouping and arrangement according to the installation method;
- marking of wires, assemblies or individual positions;
- checking completeness before handover or dispatch.
Cable harnesses and wiring assemblies
Cable harnesses and wiring assemblies are a core part of the production of Elsim Commerce Ltd. We manufacture harnesses with different levels of complexity – from relatively simple configurations to products with multiple branches, connectors, terminals, protective elements, markings and specific routing.
Production may include work on a harness board, forming branches, installing protective elements, electrical testing and final visual inspection. Products are manufactured according to customer diagrams, drawings, samples or technical documentation.
What it includes
- manufacturing of cable harnesses according to a board, diagram or sample;
- crimping and assembly of terminals, contacts and connectors;
- grouping, branching, fixing and protection of wires;
- marking and identification according to the project;
- electrical testing and checking for correct connection;
- final visual inspection and preparation for dispatch.

Custom cable solutions
For specific products, we can work according to a drawing, sample, diagram, bill of materials or technical description. This allows the production of non-standard cable assemblies, harnesses, units and solutions tailored to the specific application and installation method at the customer’s site.
Thanks to our own production of tools and auxiliary equipment, we can respond more flexibly to specific requirements, trial series, changes in the product or preparation of more complex production processes.
